• Reviewer email: Used for verification and stored securely. Not displayed publicly.
• Review content: Person name, city, narrative, rating, and tags you submit.
• Technical data: IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention), browser user-agent.
• Admin data: Admin email addresses for authentication.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your identity via email before publishing reviews.
• To moderate content and enforce our Content Policy.
• To prevent abuse through rate limiting and blocked-term detection.
• To generate aggregate statistics (city counts, average ratings).

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database, KV store). Verification tokens and session tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes, not in plain text.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Reviewer email addresses are never displayed publicly. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Data Retention

Review content is retained as long as it remains published. Rejected or hidden reviews may be retained for audit purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

• Request access to your personal data.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Dispute a review about you (see our Dispute Process).

7. Cookies

We use localStorage for admin session tokens. We do not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set security cookies as part of its infrastructure.
